If you receive any items that are damaged, defective, or missing upon delivery, please contact us at laceymissy.2019@gmail.com within 48 hours to report the issue. Replacements for damaged products require providing proper video proof of the package opening. To qualify for an exchange, ensure that the product is in its original condition with all tags and labels intact and shows no signs of wear. The final decision regarding any exchange request is at the sole discretion of the company.
